Legal advice on a vehicle/lemon law?

I bought a 2001 BMW from Carmax and have only had it for 3 months and i purchased a 3 year 3000 mile warranty. the car is now in the shop for the second time first an electrical problem that took a week, now it overheated and cost me 200 dollars in towing and the radiator has oil in it and the carmax me chanic when called told me to take it to BMW. Bmw very helpful and courteous but carmax is denying to send a adjuster there to approve the work want a direct answer how it happened because BMW's answer to it just a headgskets tisn'tsnnt good enough? so what do i do and they want me to pay BMW labor charges plus they want a tear down which is 20 hoursrl of labor I meant 30,000 mile warranty

  1. I would talk to a lawyer on this issue.
  2. lemon laws do not apply to used cars
  3. Lemon laws are very specific and are by state, but they all apply only to Brand New Autos. The warranty from a company lke Carmax is not worth the paper it is written on as it has so many loopholes a T-Rex could jump thru them.
