mass lemon laws?
I already tried going through "official" channels and was told that due to liabilty issues, he could not answer my question, so I was hoping that someone here could. I'm in Massachusetts and wish to sell my car. It's in pretty decent shape and as long as I disclose everything, can whoever buys the car come after me through the lemon laws?

- I'm presuming you're selling it privately. The Lemon Law applies to authorized dealers and provides buyers the right to return the car/receive a refund. I did this...create your own bill of sale, stating the following: Date Year, make, model of the vehicle VIN Odometer reading Your name The buyer's name A simple, CLEAR statement that he or she AGREES to purchase the car AS-IS. You don't have to go on about all/any problems the car has. Unless you want to of course. If the person agrees to buy it, again it is as-is. Your signature The buyer's signature It would not hurt to have it notarized as well but I don't think it's a requirement.
- How many miles are on the car
