What are the specifics on the California Lemon Law for Computers?

I bought a refurbished macbook and bought the 3 year warranty with it. I have had to send it in 4 different times, twice for the same problem and 2 other times for different problems. Do I qualify to get a new computer based on the CA lemon law? I still have a few more months on the warranty.
